Smartfab's portable design™ allows it to be placed on any flat surface for precise precasting, providing versatility in the field as well as in the shop. Advanced features include inserts that reduce ovality in tubes and connectors, a rotating heater to easily accommodate connectors located on either side of the machine, and individual clamping jaws that adjust to any desired tube and connector size.

The Hornet™ XL is McElroy's largest all-in-one tool for polypropylene lead fusion. It offers the same innovative alternative to manual exit fusion methods in larger exit sizes up to 160mm and offers a cost-effective option over precast. The Hornet XL's patented design allows it to self-align in the center of the pipe, while a guided carriage makes it easy to drill the outlet hole and fuse the fitting.

The Spider™ 125 Series 2 is the preferred equipment for fast and accurate snap-together fusions of 63mm to 125mm polypropylene tubing and fittings. Only one operator is required to efficiently align, heat, fuse and cool the tube. With a lightweight and compact design, the Spider™ It is ideal for making lace blends in height or vertically and in other tight interior spaces from attic to floor.
