Flexible equipment to meet the demands of any job site for 2 ″ -6 ″ (63mm-160mm) pipes. The Acrobat™ 160 is a low force fusion machine that allows operators to butt fusion pipe in tight spaces. With its small size and optimal weight, it is an easy machine to handle when melting in high tight spaces (overhead) as well as on the ground. For even tighter spaces, the Acrobat™ 160 can be changed from 4 jaws to 3 jaws without the use of tools.

Acrobat™ 250 is a lightweight design and small footprint that allows operators to merge pipe in small trenches and other areas where space is limited. To further reduce your footprint, the carriage can be configured from 4 to 3 jaws without tools. The Acrobat™ 250 is compatible with two Hydraulic Power Units (HPU) designed to meet the maximum system pressure desired at your job site. Both allow the operator to preset facing, heating and melting pressures.

The Acrobat Fusion Machine™ 315 has a lightweight and compact design to easily maneuver in tight indoor workspaces specific to the polypropylene industry. To further reduce your footprint, the carriage can be configured from 4 to 3 jaws without tools. A single-size insert design can accommodate a variety of pipe sizes, and its narrow jaws allow fusions on most flanges and fittings. It comes with a lightweight heater and guide rod latch system that eliminates the need to hold the heater in place manually during overhead fusions. Its ergonomic handlebar design makes it easy to use in different orientations, even overhead.
